22. Articles 1, 3 and 4 of the Consumer Credit Licensing (Representations) Order 1976 continue to apply in so far as section 34 or 34ZA of the 1974 Act continue to have effect by virtue of Part 8; and for that purpose each reference to the Director is to be treated as a reference to the FCA.
