Technical amendment — numbering in the 2015 Amendment OrderU.K.
7.—(1) Paragraph (2) applies in relation to a case where a claim for universal credit is made or treated as made, or an award of universal credit is made without a claim, on or after 11th February 2015.
(2) Where this paragraph applies—
(a)article 4(3) of the 2015 Amendment Order (paragraphs added to article 4 of the No. 9 Order) M1 is amended as follows—
(i)the paragraph added as (8) is renumbered as paragraph (9);
(ii)the paragraph added as (9) is renumbered as paragraph (10);
(iii)in that paragraph (9) (as so renumbered), for “paragraph (9)” substitute “ paragraph (10) ”;
(iv)in that paragraph (10) (as so renumbered), for “paragraph (8)” substitute “ paragraph (9) ”; and
(b)in article 4(6) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 21 and Transitional and Transitory Provisions) Order 2015 M2, for “Paragraphs (6) to (9)” substitute “ Paragraphs (6), (7), (9) and (10) ”.
