42. In regulation 10(2) (recovery by deduction from benefits) of the Social Security (Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 2013(1)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (e) omit “and”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (f) insert—
“; and
(g)a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
