41. The functions of the Authority under these Regulations are to be treated for the purposes of paragraph 25(1) (exemption from liability in damages) of Part 4 of Schedule 1ZA to the Act as functions conferred on the Authority under that Act.
Paragraph 25 of Part 4 of Schedule 1ZA was amended by section 109(1) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013.
