There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Transfer of Police and Crime Commissioner Functions to the Mayor) Order 2017, Paragraph 49.
49.—(1) The Reach Enforcement Regulations 2008(1) are modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph 5(c) of Part 3 of Schedule 3, for “local policing body” substitute “the combined authority in relation to the mayor’s PCC functions”.
