There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The European Economic Interest Grouping (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Section 62.
62.—(1) The Companies Act 2006 M1 is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In section 1099(3), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)UK Economic Interest Groupings;
(ca)EEIG establishments, within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989;”.
(3) In section 1286(1)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (c), omit “and”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (d), insert “ and ”;
(c)after paragraph (d), insert—
“(e)UK Economic Interest Groupings,”.
