4. In section 119(3)(1)—E+W
(a)omit “or” at the end of paragraph (a);
(b)at the end of paragraph (b) insert “; or
“(c)premises at which—
(i)a care home service,
(ii)a secure accommodation service, or
(iii)a residential family centre service,
within the meaning of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 2) is provided by a person registered under Part 1 of that Act.”
Section 119(3) was substituted by S.I. 2010/813, article 5(1) and (4)(b).
