There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 (Consequential, Saving, Transitional and Transitory Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Section 2.
2. In these Regulations—
“the 2020 Act” means the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020;
“commencement day” means the time at and date on which the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2016 are revoked for all purposes.
