1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before IP completion day(1).
(2) An amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2019 Regulations” means the Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(2).
IP completion day is defined in section 39 of the European Union Withdrawal Agreement Act 2020.
