2.—(1) The Road Vehicle Emission Performance Standards (Cars and Vans) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the title, after “Vehicle” insert “Carbon Dioxide”.

(4) Omit regulation 2.
