Amendment of the Road Vehicle Emission Performance Standards (Cars and Vans) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

2.—(1) The Road Vehicle Emission Performance Standards (Cars and Vans) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In the title, after “Vehicle” insert “Carbon Dioxide”.

(3) In regulation 1, after “Vehicle” insert “Carbon Dioxide”.

(4) Omit regulation 2.

(5) In regulation 5(8)(a)(i), omit—

(a) “for an EC”,

(b) “for a UK”.

(6) In regulation 22—

(a) after paragraph (1) insert—
