5.  In the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013(1)—

(a)in regulation 29A(2)—

(i)after sub-paragraph (a), insert—

(aa)paragraph (1)(aa);;

(ii)at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(iii)at the end of sub-paragraph (c), insert—

; and

(d)paragraph (1)(cb);

(b)in paragraph 30 of Schedule 3—

(i)renumber the existing text as sub-paragraph (1);

(ii)after sub-paragraph (1), as so renumbered, insert—

(2) Where, on the preparation or revision of an investment report under sub-paragraph (1), a scheme is a wholly-insured scheme and the trustees do not consider that it should cease to be such a scheme, sub-paragraphs (ca) and (d) of sub-paragraph (1) do not apply..
