99.—(1) The Social Workers Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 7, for paragraph (1)(b) substitute—
“(b)NHS England, the body corporate established under section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006,”.
S.I. 2018/893, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
