2.—(1) The provisions of these Regulations apply in relation to the grant of consent under [F1section 13(1) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023] subject to the following modification.E+W
(2) In regulation 2 the definition of “appointed person” is read as “means the person appointed by the Welsh Ministers under [F2section 17(2)(b) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023].
