I115Identification of small maintained schools in Wales for the purposes of this Chapter

The Welsh Ministers may make provision by order for the definition of a small maintained school by reference to a specified number of pupils registered at a school on a specified date in any year.

An order under this section applies for the purposes of provision under this Chapter.

In this section, “specified” means specified in an order made by the Welsh Ministers.
