43Applications for enhanced criminal record certificates
In section 113B of the Police Act 1997 (enhanced criminal record certificates) in subsection (2) for paragraph (b) substitute—
b
be accompanied by—
i
a statement by the registered person that the certificate is required for the purposes of an exempted question asked for a prescribed purpose; or
ii
a statement by the applicant that the certificate is required for a prescribed purpose.
