13—(1) Article 27 (duty of authority to give information to patients and nearest relatives) is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) In paragraph (1) omit—

(a) each “or subject to guardianship”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) “or guardianship”;

(c) “or the commencement or renewal of the authority for his guardianship”.

(3) In paragraph (2) omit—

(a) each “or subject to guardianship”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a)(i) “, 24”;

(c) “or his reception into guardianship”.

(4) In paragraph (4)—

(a) omit “or subject to guardianship”;

(b) for “the patient,” substitute “ the patient and ”;

(c) omit the words from “and, in” to “guardian of the patient”.
