(2) Omit subsection (2).

(3) In subsection (3)—

(a) for “Subsections (1) and (2)” substitute “Subsection (1)”;

(b) for “apply” substitute “applies”;

(c) for “are” substitute “is”.

(4) In subsection (4), for “subsections (1) and (2) are” substitute “subsection (1) is”.
