PenaltiesN.I.

47.—(1) A person guilty of an offence under Article 6(3), 7(4), 8(2), 9(2), 9(11), 10(3), 10(4), 11(4), 12(3), 12(4), 13(1), 13(4),[F1 13A(3),] 16(3), 18(2), 18(4) or 18(5), paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4 or paragraph 5 of Schedule 5, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £200.

(2) A person guilty of an offence under Article 15(3) or 18(3)(b) or paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 5 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F2 level 5 on the standard scale] or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

(4) A person guilty of an offence under Article 41(6) shall be liable—

(a)on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F2 level 5 on the standard scale];

(b)on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both.

(5) A person guilty of an offence under any provision of this Order other than those mentioned in paragraphs (1) to (4) F4. . . shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F2 level 5 on the standard scale].
