The 1989 Order shall be amended as follows.

In Article 256A (as inserted by Article 17(1) of this Order), in paragraph (1)—
a
in sub-paragraph (b), after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”, and
b
in sub-paragraph (c), after “spouse” insert “or former civil partner”.

In Article 286A (as inserted by Article 17(3) of this Order), in paragraph (1)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”, and
b
