Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 (NI 9) N.I.

26.  In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 (definition of “sexual offence”)— N.I.

(a) omit the words “the common law offence of rape or”;

(b) omit sub-paragraphs (a) to (g) and (i) to (m); and

(c) at the end insert—

“(n) any provision of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008.”
