This Order may be cited as the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002.
The provisions of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into operation on 15th October 2002.

This Commencement Order, which is the first to be made under the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002, brings into operation on 15th October 2002 those provisions of the Act set out in the Schedule to the Order.
