The Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005 No. 282 (C. 22)

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

(2) In this Order “the 2004 Act” means the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004.
