The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20(7) and (8), 21(5)(a), (b) and (e), 21D(7)(a), 21E(8)(a) and (d), 27(3), 67(2) and (3), 68(1) of, and paragraphs 8(a) and (b) and 9 of Schedule 4 to the Disability Discrimination Act 19951, and now vested in it2, makes the following Regulations:
