The Pensions (2008 No. 2 Act) (Commencement No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 No. 119 (C. 12)

Commencement of provisions

2.  The following provisions of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 shall come into operation on 6th April 2012—

(a) section 85 (contracting-out: abolition of all protected rights);

(b) section 116 (repeals) in so far as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 10, and

(c) Part 3 of Schedule 10 (contracting-out: abolition of all protected rights).
