Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 is 17th September 2012 –
a
Article 34(1) (amendments) in so far as it relates to paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 2;
b
paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 2 (amendment of section 26(1) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966).
