Provisions coming into operation on 29 January 20162
The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2015 Act is 29th January 2016 —
a
section 94 (defence access to premises); and
b
section 96 (causing or allowing child or vulnerable adult to suffer serious physical harm).
