The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3)(b), 4(5), 7(3)(b) and (4)(a), 8(4), 9(2), 10(4), (6) and (7)(b), 11(2), 12(5) and (6), 15(2), 16(3), 17(3)(a), 18(5)(a), 22(6)(b) and (7), 24(1)(b), (3), (4)(a) and (c) and (5), 25(4), 26(5), 27(4) and (6), 28(2), 30(2) and (4)(b) and (c), 33(4), 36(1), 38(2) and (3), 39(5), 40(1) and (2) and 42(1) of, and paragraphs 1(6) of Schedule 1 and 5(c) of Schedule 2 to, the Pension Schemes Act (Northern Ireland) 20211.
