There are currently no known outstanding effects for The Welfare Supplementary Payment (Universal Credit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2025, Section 38.
38.—(1) The amount of a welfare supplementary payment to which a person is entitled under this Chapter is equal to the amount of the contributory employment and support allowance to which the person was entitled immediately before ceasing to be entitled to that allowance.
(2) An expression used in this regulation and in the WRA 2007 has the same meaning in this regulation as in that Act.
