Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30, 43 and 99(1)(a) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 99(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation, commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Part 4 and Part 5 Complaints) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

The Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Part 4 and Part 5 Complaints) Order 20162 is revoked.
