Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 127(2) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
