Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003

11.  In section 104(3) (taking effect of orders of Lands Tribunal)–

(a) after “scheme” insert–

“whether or not it imposes new burdens”;

(b) after “preserved” insert–

“and the burdens imposed”.
