Appointed days2
The days appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Schools (Health Promotion and Nutrition) (Scotland) Act 2007 are–
a
10th August 2007 for section 6 (School meals and snacks) and section 10 (Interpretation), and
b
3rd January 2008 for section 1 (Duties in relation to promotion of health) and section 2 (Annual statement: account of health promotion).
