9. In the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001(1) in paragraph 8 of schedule 1 (tenancies which are not Scottish Secure Tenancies) for “excisable liquor” substitute “alcohol (within the meaning of section 2 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005)”.
