6.  In section 22(1) of the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “NHS body”—

(a) omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (c); and

(b) after paragraph (d) insert—

“or

(e) Healthcare Improvement Scotland, established by section 10A(1) of that Act;”.
