9. In this Schedule—S
“1963 Act” means the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963 M1,
“granted” includes joining in granting,
“grantor” means a person mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(b),
“relevant interest” means an interest in land in respect of which rights have been granted by the grantor under regulation 24(2), and
“standard security” has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 M2.
