Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(4) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 20131.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st December 2013.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for section 21(4) to (6) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 to come into force is 1st December 2013.
