The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisation of Covert Human Intelligence Sources) (Scotland) Order 2014

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(4)(b), 8(1) and (2), 19(8) and 28(4) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland) Act 20001 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
