The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(3) and 2(4) of schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 2(5) of schedule 1 to that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Lord Justice General.
