The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2015

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 20111 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 2(8) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament2.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (Authorities) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendments to the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 20112
In the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (authorities to which Part 1 of that Act applies)—

under the heading “Others”, in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order, add the following entries—
