Provisions coming into force on the appointed day

2.  The following provisions come into force on the appointed day—

(a) Sections 1 to 13 of the 2010 Act, in so far as not already in force;

(b) Schedule 1 to the 2010 Act, in so far as not already in force;

(c) Section 132 of the 2014 Act, for the purpose of bringing into force paragraph 17 of schedule 5 to the 2014 Act; and

(d) Paragraph 17 of schedule 5 to the 2014 Act.
