5.  In section 18(2) of the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010(1) (tobacco retailing banning orders etc.: notification to Scottish Ministers), for “sheriff principal” substitute “Clerk of the Sheriff Appeal Court”.
