Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st April 2017.

In this Order “the Act” means the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into force, insofar as not already in force, of the provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of the table in the schedule (the subject matter of which is described in column 2 of that table) is 1st April 2017.
