5.—(1) The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In the schedule (authorities to which Part 1 applies)(1), under the heading “Others”, after the entry relating to Highlands and Islands Enterprise insert—
“ILF Scotland”.
The schedule has been amended but none of the amendments are relevant to this Order.
