35 (1) Rule 13 (interpretation) is amended as follows. E

(2) In the definition of “the Measure”, for “the Parsonages Measure 1938, as amended” substitute “ the Church Property Measure 2018 ”.

(3) In the definition of “Parochial Church Council”, before “the Measure” insert “ Part 1 of ”.
