A fixed penalty notice under regulation 10 shall be issued as soon as reasonably practicable and not later than 24 hours after the completion of the test to which paragraph (a) of that regulation refers.

A fixed penalty notice under regulation 13 shall be issued as soon as reasonably practicable and not later than 24 hours after the commission of the stationary idling offence.
