7In the event of the death of the holder of a licence granted under paragraph 1 or 4 of this Schedule, then, until a legal personal representative of the deceased holder has been duly constituted, the person carrying on at the premises in respect of which the licence was granted the functions to which the licence relates shall be deemed to be the holder of the licence unless and until it is transferred to some other person.
