1It is hereby declared that nothing in this Act affects the constituencies for the time being established for the purposes of parliamentary elections and accordingly those constituencies as constituted immediately before 1st April 1965 shall remain unchanged on and after that date until altered by an Order in Council under the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats) Act 1949.
