a
in paragraph (b), after the words " that council" there shall be inserted the words " (and, if the road is situated in Greater London, also by the Greater London Council) ";
b
in paragraph (c) after the words " of the Minister " there shall be inserted the words " (and, if the road is situated in Greater London, also by the Greater London Council with such consent) ",
