(1)Section 1(2) of this Act shall not affect the application to any land registered under this Act of section 193 or section 194 of the M1Law of Property Act 1925 (rights of access to, and restriction on inclosure of, land over which rights of common are exercisable).
(2)Section 10 of this Act shall not apply for the purpose of deciding whether any land forms part of a highway.
