Where statutory undertakers are entitled to compensation in respect of a compulsory acquisition under this Act of operational land, the provisions of Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect as regards the assessment of the amount of that compensation.

In this section " compensation in respect of a compulsory acquisition " includes compensation payable in connection with the acquisition for damage sustained by reason of the severing of the land acquired from other land held therewith or otherwise injuriously affecting such other land, and compensation payable for disturbance or any other matter not directly based on the value of the land.
